In a superb position, these purpose-built apartments are in a building which overlooks Ramsey Harbour on the Quayside in Ramsey.

There is private, off-street parking available.


Centrally located, close to Ramsey Town Hall, on the corner of West Quay and West Street, which leads into the main shopping street.

Pleasant, interesting views over the harbour or surrounding hills. Within easy level walking distance of supermarket, shops, takeaways, restaurants, beach, park etc.

Of note to our TT and Festival of Motorcycling (Manx Grand Prix)guests: the apartments are 3 minutes’ walk from one of the best viewing points on the course at the end of Parliament Street in Ramsey.

Accommodation & Facilities

The apartments are on the second floor and all consist of an open-plan kitchen/lounge diner (Flats 7 and 9 complete with bed-settee), a single bedroom, king-size bedroom and bath/shower room.

Each Apartment is fully equipped including:

  • Gas Central Heating.
  • Fully Equipped Kitchen with Washing Machine, Fridge (with Freezer Compartment), Microwave, Toaster, electric hob and oven.
  • CD Music System, Portable DVD Player, Television, and Wifi available.
  • Books, CDs, DVDs and a selection of board games.
  • Fully Carpeted.
  • Lift from Street Level.
  • Intercom access control
  • Full Fire Safety certificate and alarms, Fire extinguishers and safety equipment.
  • Bedding and linens available if required.

Please note that the Apartments are Non-Smoking and pets are not permitted.
